Course Overview  The Powerboat Handling (PBH) Certificate is achieved by completing two course components:  Powerboat Program Essential Skills e-learning – The online theory course must be completed before attending this Powerboat Handling face-to-face course.  Powerboat Handling face-to-face course– A one-day practical course focusing on boat handling, particularly in confined areas such as marinas and in challenging conditions like swell and waves.
